POLARIS SPORTSMAN & SCRAMBLER 5" KIT

These arms are constructed from 0.250" wall DOM and allows for a 35" tall tire. They are portal compatible and allow for OEM hardware and ball joints to be reused. This kit includes all required brackets and hardware to install, as well as longer rear brake lines and Cobra axles all the way around. House brand bushings are included with the kit. The kit also comes with solid steel front knuckles with custom machined brake caliper adapters (Unless you select that you will be running portals). The OEM aluminum Sportsman knuckle will not work with our 5/8" style tie rod setup or HD axle.

• ALL 8 upper and lower, front and rear a-arms
• NEW rear brake lines (OEM front work with this kit)
• NEW front steel hubs with brake caliper adapter plates  
• NEW house brand bushings and caps (can upgrade to GP)
• NEW tie rods with 5/8" heims and steering adapter plate

Warranty: Arms are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for original purchaser. All warranty claims must be sent in for examination with purchase date and order number. Heim joints are considered a wearable item, and therefore are only covered for 30 days from original purchase date.
